ESPRESSO


Ingredients:

2 grams (1 Teaspoon) of Catbee instant coffee.

30 ml of hot water.

Instructions:

Bring about 1 ounce (30 ml) of water to a near-boil. You don't need a full cup of water, just a small amount to dissolve the coffee granules and create a concentrated brew.

2 grams (1 Teaspoon) of Catbee instant coffee. Adjust the amount based on how strong you want your "espresso."

Pour the hot water over the instant coffee granules. Stir well to make sure the coffee dissolves completely.

Drink your instant "espresso" as is or use it as a base for other coffee drinks like a latte or cappuccino.

 

 

LONG BLACK

 

A Long Black is a coffee drink that typically consists of a double shot of espresso poured over hot water. It is similar to an Americano but with a stronger and richer flavor due to the way the espresso interacts with the water.

Ingredients:

4 grams (2 Teaspoon) of Catbee instant coffee.

60 ml of hot water for espresso.

120 ml of hot water.

 

Directions:

Make double shot espresso by adding 60 ml hot water to instant coffee. Pour espresso over 120 ml of hot water. Enjoy classic long black.

 


COLD BREW

 

Ingredients:

4 grams (2 teaspoons) Catbee instant coffee

240 ml water

Ice cubes

Natural Sweeteners (optional)

 

Directions:

To make a cold brew with instant coffee, start by mixing 2 teaspoons of Catbee instant coffee (depending on your desired strength) with 240 ml of cold or room temperature water. Stir the mixture well to ensure the coffee granules dissolve completely. 

Allow it to sit for 30 minutes to give the flavors time to develop, as instant coffee dissolves quickly and doesn’t require the long steeping time of traditional cold brew. 

After letting it sit, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the prepared coffee mixture over the ice. If you like, you can add any natural sweetener to taste. 

your refreshing cold brew is ready to enjoy.

 

 

LATTE

 

Ingredients:

2 grams (1 Teaspoon) of Catbee instant coffee.

30 ml hot water

120 ml hot milk

 

Directions:

To make a latte with instant coffee, start by heating about 120 ml of milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it's warm but not boiling. While the milk is heating, prepare the coffee. In a mug, dissolve 1 teaspoons of instant coffee in 30 ml of hot water, adjusting the amount of coffee to your taste preference. Stir the mixture until the coffee is fully dissolved. Once the milk is warm, froth it using French press to create a light, creamy foam.

Pour the prepared coffee into your mug, then gently add the frothed milk. Enjoy your homemade instant coffee latte

 

 

MOCHA

 

Ingredients:

2 grams (1 Teaspoon) of Catbee instant coffee.

30 ml hot water 

20 grams crushed chocolate or chocolate syrup.

120 ml Hot milk

 

Directions:

To make a mocha with instant coffee, dissolve 1 teaspoons of instant coffee in 30 ml of hot water and mix 20 grams crushed chocolate or chocolate syrup in espresso.

Heat 120 ml of milk in a saucepan until warm but not boiling, then froth it using French Press until creamy. 

Now pour in the frothed milk. Enjoy your mocha!

 

 

AFFOGATO

 

Ingredients:

2 grams (1 Teaspoon) of Catbee instant coffee.

30 ml hot water

1 scoop of your favorite ice-cream (Vanilla is classic).

 

Directions:

To make an affogato with instant coffee, dissolve 1 teaspoons of instant coffee in 30 ml of hot water. In a serving glass or bowl, place a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

Pour the hot coffee over the ice cream and serve immediately.

Enjoy classic affogato.
